Integration of SpringVerify with Zimyo
SpringVerify – Zimyo Integration
Overview:
SpringVerify IN integrates seamlessly with Zimyo, enabling clients to automate background verification (BGV) directly from the Zimyo platform.
By generating a secure token from the SpringVerify portal and linking it to Zimyo, HR teams can:
Streamline candidate onboarding,
Reduce manual effort, and
Ensure smooth and timely background verification.
Steps to Enable SpringVerify Integration on Zimyo
- Navigate to the Zimyo platform, log in to your account, and navigate to All Integrations.
Go to the Background Verification section, and click on SpringVerify Card
3. Click on Install
to initiate the SpringVerify installation.
4. On the modal prompt, enter the token generated by SpringVerify and click Save
to enable the integration.
Steps to Initiate the Background Verification from the Zimyo platform using the Integration
Steps to Configure the Workflow in Zimyo to Initiate Background Verification
1. Once the integration is complete, navigate to AdvanceHR > Onboarding > Process Flow.
2. On the Onboarding workflow page, click on Configure Workflow for the Default workflow
3. In the Default Workflow, open the Employee Onboarding section, ensure the Background Verification is enabled as true, and click on Save
Steps to Initiate the Background Verification for a Candidate on Zimyo
On the Candidates page, under the Background Verification section, locate the candidate for whom you want to initiate the background verification. Click the Initiate button next to their name to proceed.
2. This will open the Candidate Background Verification page, displaying the details provided by the candidate. Review the information and click Proceed to view the next set of details.
3. At the end of the form, select Submit to initiate the candidate's background verification through the integration.
Steps to Generate the SpringVerify API token
Go to the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations
2. Locate the Zimyo card and click on Connect to proceed.
3. Click on Generate Token to generate the SpringVerify API key for the Integration.
4. Use the generated SpringVerify token to enable the Integration on the Zimyo platform
