SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with FactoHR, enabling clients to use API Keys from the FactoHR platform. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the FactoHR environment.

Steps to Integrate FactoHR with SpringVerify IN:
- Go to SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations,
where clients can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.

- Locate the FactoHR card and proceed to open it.

- Click the connect button.

- Click Generate token and copy token


Step-by-Step Guide to Candidate Background Verification in FactoHR
Step 1: Enable Background Verification Integration
- Navigate to the Company Information screen in the Facto HR System.
- Go to the Security tab and click on Third Party Module Integration.
- The Background Verification configuration frame will appear.
- Enable the Background Verification checkbox.
- Configure and save the Vendor Authorization Token provided by the SpringWork vendor. This token enables secure API communication between the Facto HR system and the verification vendor.

- Client/User to send mail to HR/Admin which is Configured Admin/HR Email Address textbox in FactoHR System If token has Invalid/Expired.

Step 2: View Background Verification Summary in Candidate Master Screen
- After successful vendor token configuration, navigate to the Candidate Master screen.
- In the Background Verification Count section, you will see Verified Services / Total Services displayed for each candidate.

Step 3: View Purchased Verification Services Click on Background Verification Count Lable
- Inside the Verification Details Modal, the system displays all verification services purchased by the client (e.g., Identity, Court, Address, Education, Employment, Reference, Court Check, Credit Check, Drug Test).
- These services are dynamically fetched from the configured vendor package and displayed under the Service Name column.
- When the client or user clicks on the Background Verification Count, a Verification Details Modal Popup will appear.

Step 4: Initiate Individual Verification Click on Background Verification Count Lable
- From the Verification Details Modal, the client/user can manually initiate verification for any selected service.
- When a verification service is initiated: the current date is captured as the Initiation Date, and the system automatically sets the Verification Status to Pending.

Step 5: Duplicate Verification Prevention & Re-Initiation Click on Background Verification Count Lable
- If a user attempts to re-initiate a verification service that is already in progress, an error popup will appear with the message: 'Candidate is already in verification process.'
- If a verification attempt fails, the client/user can re-initiate the process for that candidate after the failure is recorded.

Step 6: Initiate Service Through Background Verification Panel
- On the Candidate Master screen, click the Background Verification button to open the Verification Panel.

- In this panel, the client/user can manually initiate verification services as required.
- Once initiated, the Verification Status will display as Pending.

Step 7: Completion and Report Download
- When the candidate’s background verification is successfully completed, the Verification Status automatically updates to Completed.
- The client/user can then download the Verification Report (PDF) directly from the panel for record keeping and review.

- From the Bulk Verification Modal Popup, clients/users can initiate background verification for multiple candidates simultaneously.
- This helps streamline the verification process for large onboarding batches, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
