International Check List

SpringVerify supports a range of international background verification checks. Below is the full list of available checks by country, along with descriptions and turnaround times (TAT).

🇺🇸 United States

Check Description TAT
FACIS Level 3 Checks federal and state-level exclusions, sanctions, and debarments across 1,000+ US agencies — essential for roles tied to US healthcare clients or federally funded projects. 5–7 Working Days
FDA Search Screens the FDA's debarment list to confirm the candidate is eligible to work on drug, device, or clinical trial-related activities. 5–7 Working Days
SAM (System Award Management) Confirms the candidate has no active debarments or exclusions from US federal contracts via the SAM database. 2 Working Days
OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) Screens the candidate against the US Treasury's OFAC sanctions list to confirm they are not a designated national, blocked person, or subject to trade and economic restrictions. 2 Working Days
GSA (General Services Administration) Checks the GSA's excluded parties list to confirm the candidate is not ineligible for US federal contracts, grants, or government-funded programs. 2 Working Days
OIG Exclusion Verifies the candidate is not excluded from Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal healthcare programs via the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE). 2 Working Days
Drug Test Screens for substance use. Available in 5-panel, 7-panel, 10-panel, and 12-panel formats. 14 Working Days

🇸🇬 Singapore

Solvency Check Verifies the candidate has no active bankruptcy or insolvency status on Singapore's official insolvency register. 2 Working Days
ID Verification Verifies the identity of candidates based in Singapore against official government records. 7 Days
