Integration of SpringVerify with ZingHR
Overview:
SpringVerify integrates with ZingHR to automate the background verification (BGV) process. Once the integration is configured, a scheduled sync (runs every hour) fetches eligible candidates from ZingHR to SpringVerify for verification.

- Go to SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations, where clients can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.
- Locate the ZingHR card and proceed to open it.
3. Enter mandatory info and click connect
4. Verify that the integration status changes to Connected.
- login to ZingHR portal
2. Click on the 9 dotted menu on the left side and Navigate to Recruitment.
3. Open the Onboarding module. Search for the required candidate and open the candidate profile.
4. Select BGV Package.
5. Choose the required package.
6. Click Confirm to initiate the background verification.
What Happens Next?
- Once the BGV package is selected and the verification is initiated from ZingHR, the candidate will be synced to SpringVerify.
- If the candidate's documents are available in ZingHR, the BGV form will be pre-filled with the available information.
- A BGV form link will then be sent to the candidate to review, complete any remaining details, and submit the form.
- After the candidate submits the BGV form, the verification process will begin on the SpringVerify platform.
- Once the verification is completed, the final BGV report will be automatically pushed back to ZingHR, where it can be viewed from the candidate's profile.
Notes
- Candidate synchronization from ZingHR to SpringVerify runs every hour.
- Ensure the candidate is available in the Onboarding module before initiating BGV.
- Verify that the appropriate BGV package is selected before confirmation.
