Integration of SpringVerify with Teamtailor

Overview:

SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with Teamtailor, enabling clients to use the API Key and API base URL from the Teamtailor platform. This integration facilitates a streamlined and automated approach to conducting background verification processes within the Teamtailor environment.

Note: Data will be fetched from Teamtailor within 10 minutes to initiate background verification.

Steps to generate an API Keys for your Teamtailor account:



  1. Log in and click on ‘Settings’ on the top navigation menu.





  1. Scroll down the left navigation bar until you see 'Integrations'. Then select 'API keys'.






  1. Click on ‘+ New API Key’ on the top right.



  1. Enter a name for the API key, select 'Admin' for the API Scope, and check both 'Read' and 'Write'. Once completed, click on 'Create'.




  2. Copy the API key you have just created.





Steps to Integrate Teamtailor with SpringVerify IN:


  1. Go to the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations, where clients can view all available integrations along with their required steps.

  1. Locate the Teamtailor card and proceed to open it.

  1. Teamtailor Integration 

4a. If the company has one subtype:

  1. Enter Teamtailor API Key and API Base URL, then click ‘Connect’.



  2. The user will receive the message ‘Successfully connected’.

4b. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.

To deactivate the Teamtailor integration: 


Click on the ‘Disconnect’ button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
