Organizations and teams of any size can subscribe to any of the plans. Trivia provides a 7-day Free Pro Trial for new users. Trivia offers a wide range of games with unlimited participation and dedicated support according to different pricing plans.
Note: Once the 14-day free trial of Pro expires, you need to upgrade to continue using Trivia.

BASIC Plan - $0/license/month
The Basic Plan includes:
  1. ✅ Unlimited Instant Games
  2. ✅ Automations
  3. ✅ 3 Participants per game
  4. ✅ Unlimited Virtual Coffee Pairings

STANDARD Plan

Monthly - $1/license/month

Yearly - $9.6/license/year

The above price is based on a minimum purchase of 29 licenses.
E.g. If you have 15 Trivia users, the minimum billing would be $29/month
For licenses above 29, you will be charged $1/license/month


The Standard Plan includes:

  • ✅ Unlimited participants (All participants require Trivia licenses)

  • ✅ Automation

  • ✅ Admin controls

  • ✅ Organization-wide Leaderboard

  • ✅ Notification controls

  • ✅ Analytics Reports

The Standard Plan does not include:

  • ❌ Customizable Quizzes

  • ❌ Priority Customer Support



PRO Plan

Monthly - $2/license/month

Yearly - $19.2/license/year


The above price is based on a minimum purchase of 25 licenses.
E.g. If you have 15 Trivia users, the minimum billing would be $50/month
For licenses above 25, you will be charged $2/license/month

The Pro Plan includes:
