Understanding Verification Costs: Base Price, Additional Checks, and Pass-Through Charges

This article will explain how to view the cost associated with each verification you've requested. It will also cover how to find the cost of any additional checks or pass-through charges applied to your verifications.


How to view all your purchase history?

  • Click on “My Profile” on the top right

  • Click on “Transactions


  • Click on “Purchase History” 




This tab shows you the record of all your purchases.



How to view a particular Purchase History/Transaction Details?

  • Click on “Purchase ( Recharge)” against the required transaction to view the details. 




How to view additional checks added for candidates?

  • Navigate to the “Usage Logs” for complete transaction and usage history.



How to view all the additional costs associated with candidates? 

  • Click on “Approve charges

  • Select “Date range” as ‘All time’ or you can select the date range. 

  • Select the “Approval status” as ‘All’ or you have the option to select the particular status from the dropdown. 

  • Select “Cost Type” as ‘All’ or select as per your choice from the dropdown. 

You will be able to view all the approved additional costs for candidates.
