Update Employees Missing Celebration Dates

To update work anniversaries and celebration dates for users, follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Celebrations" and click "add dates."

  1. Choose "Bulk Update" from the pop-up.

  1. Select all your users by clicking the checkbox next to the column Name.
  2. Click the export symbol to download the data.

  1. Open the saved file and fill in the missing details where you see "NA." 
    1. Please note: Do not change rows, columns, sizes, or header text.

  1. After filling in the information, save the file.
  2. Back on the organization page, click "Bulk Update" in the top right corner.

  1. Upload your updated CSV file, and you're all set!
