User Access to Compliance Policies

User Access to Compliance Policies

Introduction

This article describes the access process for external users to view policy documents on compliance.springworks.in. Scrut does not have a separate login for external users. Instead, access is granted through a one-time approval link that expires after 14 days.

Access Request and Approval

When an external user requests access to the compliance policies, their request will be reviewed and typically approved within 7- 14 days. Once approved, the user will receive an email notification containing a unique access link.

Viewing Policy Documents

Clicking the access link in the email will allow the user to view all the policy documents on compliance.springworks.in.

Important: This access link expires after 14 days.

Expired Link and Requesting Re-access

If a user tries to access the policies after the link expires, they will see a message prompting them to "Request private access" again. In this case, the user should simply request re-approval for access.

A copy of the email notification sent to external users after access approval is attached to this article for reference.
