View and Download Candidate BGV Forms | Admin Portal Guide

Viewing and Downloading Candidate Background Verification Forms

As a Company Admin (CA), you can now view and download the background verification (BGV) forms submitted by candidates in their original state. Once a candidate submits their BGV form, authorized users can access the form exactly as it was submitted and download it as a PDF for record-keeping purposes.

1. Login to your SpringVerify account
2. Go to Candidate page and click the name of the candidate
3. Click the three dots and click View Candidate Form



4.  You can also download the filled form as a PDF



Note
To access this feature, your account must have the VIEW_CANDIDATE_FORM permission enabled. Contact your system administrator if you need this permission added.

The display option changes based on the form's submission status:

When the form is awaiting submission:

  • You'll see the "Open Candidate Form" option
  • This allows you to preview the form in its current state

After the form has been submitted:

  • The option changes to "View Candidate Form"
  • Clicking this option opens the submitted form in a new browser tab
  • The form appears exactly as the candidate submitted it
