Candidate Activity Logs in Springworks | Track Recruiter Actions

Viewing and Understanding Candidate Activity Logs

We’ve made candidate activity tracking more transparent and accessible for company admins. You can now view complete candidate logs directly from the candidate details page

1. Login to your SpringVerify account
2. Navigate to Candidates tab
3. Click on any candidate name to pull up the details
4. Click View Logs


5. The Update Logs tab shows: 

  • Candidate status transitions

  • Check status changes

  • Field edits

  • Any other candidate-level updates

Filters Available:

  • Update Type

  • Update Area

  • User

This makes it easy to trace who updated what and when.



Email Logs Tab

The Email Logs tab tracks all emails sent to:

  • Candidates

  • Clients

You can see delivery statuses such as:

  • Sent

  • Delivered

  • Opened

  • Clicked

Filters Available:

  • Recipient

  • Recipient Type

  • Email Status

  • Email Name

This gives you full visibility into communication history.


Effort Logs Tab

The Effort Logs tab provides a unified view of:

  • Manual effort tracking

  • Call logs

  • AI call logs

Filters Available:

  • Effort Mode

  • Status

  • Update Type

This is also available at the individual check level, allowing granular tracking of verification efforts.
