What are ‘Values’ within EngageWith?

Configure EngageWith to make your organization's culture an integral part of the way you recognize your colleagues.

Tag core values while recognizing someone’s efforts to uphold the culture your organization is building.

This can be done by adding your organization's core values under the Values section of the EngageWith Dashboard. These values can be set up and edited at any point in time.

You can also keep track of how many ‘kudos’ and ‘shoutouts’ have been given with an organizational value you set up. This will help you understand which values your team upholds while recognizing their teammates.

Once you've set these values up, your team can choose to include which value was highlighted along with their recognition.
