What happens if an individual misses their celebration from EngageWith on Slack?

EngageWith ensures that your teammate's celebrations don't get overlooked unless there is missing information.
Note: Birthday messages will get sent out every day at 9 AM based on your time zone.

If a celebration gets missed, don't worry! Administrators can award bonuses to ensure their celebration is not forgotten. 🎉
Please follow the steps below to award a bonus to your teammate:
  1. Open EngageWith on Slack
  2. Scroll down towards the option 🎁 Award a Bonus
  3. Click on Award a Bonus


  1. Enter your Preferences to award the bonus
    1. You can refer to your Celebration gift configurations to double check on the reward for Celebrations in your workspace
    2. You can send the Bonus Privately or on your EngageWith Channel.
  2. Click on Submit.


You have successfully awarded a Bonus for the user who missed their Celebration. 🎉
