What happens if I want to remove the extra licenses?

The reduction in licenses is counted from the next billing cycle. The billing will be prorated according to the billing term of the current plan.


Here are the steps on how to remove the Extra Trivia licenses:
  1. Navigate to your Trivia Dashboard.
  2. Then click on Billing on the left panel.
  3. Then click on Manage Licenses


  1. Then click on Remove


  1. Then enter the Number of extra licenses that you want to remove and click on confirm.


  1. You have successfully removed the licenses once it's processed


You are all Set!

Note:
1. If your subscription is under the Tenant-level with Reading permissions, you can’t change the number of users. Instead, Request Contributor permissions from the person who has the Owner role on the subscription.
