When are the monthly allowance points allocated to the users?
The monthly allowance of points will be reflected in the user's account on the 1st of every month.
If you manage the allowance mid-month or any time after it has been allocated on the 1st of the month, the edited/managed allowance will be reflected in the next month's point allocation balance.
Q: What if we subscribe/sign up for EngageWith in the middle of the month? Will the points get allocated the next month or instantly?
A: Yes, the points get allocated instantly for the first time when you subscribe/sign up for EngageWith.
