Who is authorized to upload, access, and manage documents on the Albus dashboard?

Admin users:
• Can access and manage the dashboard.
• Can add source documents to Albus.
Non-admin users:
• Cannot access or manage the dashboard.
• Cannot add source documents to Albus.
• Can ask questions from the uploaded documents if they have a valid license.
