Why there are adjustments made in my billing?

Pricing is based on the number of people in Trivia enabled channels. If your team size changes mid- cycle, the billing will be prorated.

Proration will show up as adjustments on the receipt you receive via email from Stripe.

Pro-rating:
  1. We adjust your bill to account for when your team moves from one billing tier to the next.
  2. It applies whether you drop up or down a Tier. So, you may notice either a surcharge or a credit.
Unused time: 
  1. This is a term used by Stripe (our payment processor).
  2. It refers to the number of active users not used in a plan and is associated with proration. By doing so, you get charged accurately every month.
