How can I activate the Catalog for specific countries?

A few key points to consider:
  • Ensure that users are mapped to their respective countries.
  • Enable rewards.
  • Set the point conversion rate.
Here are the steps to activate the catalog for specific countries:

  • Click on Add New Country.
  • Select the Country and the user.
    • Make sure to map the users to the correct country.
  • Click on Save

Once your users are assigned to their respective countries, you need to enable the catalog:
  • Navigate to Catalog under Rewards.
  • Choose the country from the dropdown.
  • Toggle the rewards to enable them.

To enable all rewards in bulk, go to Configurations and enable the rewards.


NOTE: Once the rewards are enabled, all your users in your workspace will receive a notification from EngageWith.
Message from EngageWith: 'Reward Points can now be redeemed. Your card on file will be charged when your teammates redeem points.'
