How can I activate the Catalog for specific countries?
A few key points to consider:
- Ensure that users are mapped to their respective countries.
- Enable rewards.
- Set the point conversion rate.
Here are the steps to activate the catalog for specific countries:
- Log in to your EngageWith Dashboard using Slack.
- Click on Organization.
- Navigate to Countries.
- Click on Add New Country.
- Select the Country and the user.
- Make sure to map the users to the correct country.
- Click on Save
Once your users are assigned to their respective countries, you need to enable the catalog:
- Navigate to Catalog under Rewards.
- Choose the country from the dropdown.
- Toggle the rewards to enable them.
NOTE: Once the rewards are enabled, all your users in your workspace will receive a notification from EngageWith.
