How does calendar integration with VirtualCoffee work?

We've just launched VirtualCoffee with Calendar integration for Trivia, available exclusively for Slack Pro Users. This new feature facilitates scheduled catch-up sessions between paired users.

Now, engage with teammates beyond your screens with VirtualCoffee with calendar integrations. Schedule catchups know your teammates better, and build strong & connected teams.

Note: Calendar Integrations for VirtualCoffee are currently only available for PRO plan users.



Before we start with how it works, if you haven’t yet set up VirtualCoffee, here’s our help article on how to configure it in your workspace.

Here’s how it works:
1. VirtualCoffee pairing prompts will have an option to schedule a meeting

2. Link your Google/Outlook calendar. This will be a one-time thing


3. Follow all prompts for linking the calendar
4. Once your paired teammate has also linked their calendar, you can schedule the meeting


5. Select a date and time to schedule the catch-up


6. The meeting link will appear in the thread as well as your Google calendar
