Overview

SpringVerify AI-powered Background Verification (BGV) is now available on the Keka Marketplace. With this integration, you can seamlessly initiate background checks without the need for manual API setup.

The integration also streamlines the process of fetching and validating employee documents. Data available in Keka automatically pre-fills the BGV form in SpringVerify, so you only need to verify details and complete any missing mandatory fields before submission.

Section A: Connecting Keka Marketplace with SpringVerify

1. Locate the Keka Marketplace card and click Connect.


2. In the integration card, click Connect again.



If already logged in, you’ll see a success message.

If not logged in, you’ll be redirected to the Keka login page.

Section B: Installing the SpringVerify AI-Driven BGV App


1. Go to Apps ➡️ Background Verification ➡️ SpringVerify (AI-driven BGV).


2. Click Install.


3. Click Allow to grant necessary permissions.


4. If not logged in to SpringVerify → You’ll be redirected to the SV login page.


5. If logged in already → You’ll see: “Keka account connected successfully.”




Section C: Initiating BGV for Employees

  1. From the left navigation menu in Keka, go to Org ➡️ Onboarding ➡️ Background Verification.

  2. Click Start New Verification.

  3. Confirm in the disclaimer pop-up and select the employees to be verified.


  4. Under the first tab, click Select Employees.

  5. From the dropdown, choose SpringVerify (AI-driven BGV) as the vendor and select the package.

  6. Review details and click Initiate BG Check.

  7. Track progress under Org ➡️ Onboarding ➡️ Background Verification.

  8. Once complete, click Review to access the final BGV report.

✨ If documents are already uploaded in Keka → SpringVerify will fetch and partially pre-fill the BGV form automatically.

1. What does the integration do?
It allows you to initiate BGV directly from Keka without APIs or switching platforms.

2. How do I install the app?
Go to Keka Marketplace → Search for SpringVerify AI BGV → Click Install and follow setup steps.

3. How do I connect SpringVerify with Keka?
Open SpringVerify portal → Go to Integrations → Locate Keka Marketplace card → Click Connect and allow permissions.

4. Can I initiate BGV from Keka itself?
Yes. Select a candidate in Keka, choose SpringVerify, and initiate BGV seamlessly.

5. How are permissions granted?
During setup, click Allow to grant integration permissions.

6. Already integrated with Keka V2?
Disconnect the old integration and reconnect via Keka Marketplace to use this service.

7. When will employees be added to SpringVerify?
Immediately after you initiate BGV from Keka.

8. Are all employees synced automatically?
No. Only those for whom BGV is initiated will be added.

9. When is the report available in Keka?
As soon as SpringVerify completes verification, the report is pushed automatically to Keka.
