
Overview:
SpringVerify has developed an HRMS integration with Keka that automates background verification for your existing employees. Once connected, employee verification requests initiated in Keka are automatically synced to SpringVerify, and completed reports are pushed back to Keka's employee records for easy access by your HR team.
1. Locate the Keka card and proceed to open it by clicking “Connect”
2. Enter your Keka subdomain, API Key, then Click on “Connect”
3. You will receive a successful toast message “Keka Integration added successfully”
4. Now, select the packages applicable to your organization and click on 'Save' to integrate SpringVerify as your background verification partner
5. The user will receive a toast message "Package Mapping Successful."
How to generate Keka API Access Token
1. Navigate to settings ➡️ Integrations and Automation ➡️ API Access
2. Click on “Create New Key”.
3. Enter the name of the key, select COREHR Privileges, and then click on “Save”.
Initiate the background verification process for employees
Step 1: From the left navigation menu, click on "Org".
Step 2: Navigate to "Onboarding".
Step 3: Select "Background Verification".
Step 4: Click on "Start New Verification" to initiate the background verification process for employees.
Step 5: Once you click on "Confirm and Proceed," you will have to select employees for whom you wish to initiate BGV.
Step 6: In the first tab, click on "Select Employees" to add employees to the verification process.
Step 7: Select the vendor "SpringVerify" and choose the package, then click "Next".
Step 9: Once the background verification is initiated, you can track the status of the BGV from Org > Onboarding > Background Verification.
After SpringVerify completes the background verification, you can find the report by clicking on the review button next to the employee entry.
